The authors are adamant that workforce process is highly dependent on the technological aspect of the firm. Students tend to prefer an innovative learning environment where they can explore new openings in technology and even for entrepreneurships. According to Bessant & Bessant (2003), Organizations differ mainly because of the emphasis they put on the technological and as such, knowledge endowment provides high fodder for the technological heterogeneity. I also agree with the assertions that the management of technology is considered as an important issue since it is directly linked to the performance of any firm as well as its failure in the market.
I fail to agree with assertion in the article that innovation may fail to take place in an organization through the break-through point. The article highly recommends for the innovation that revolves around the technology for higher and better outcome. These innovative ways however may occur through the overall value chain and need the integration through the internal and external boundaries (Asheim, 2007). While those assertions are true, it is also important to realize that technological innovation in any sphere of work is boundless and cannot be quantified by any means.

The lessons that I have learnt from the article has enabled me to change the innovative course of my organization (Keskin, 2006). It is prudent for an executive to meet the expectations of not only the target customer but the entire work environment, most learning organizations have marked on an effort to accommodate rising innovative ideas so as to compete at a global level. Given the position to hold administrative role in my organization, my resolve to embrace technology and innovation cannot go unrecognized.
